Housing Development Consortium of Seattle-King County
Without the work being done by members of the Housing Development Consortium, thousands of people would not have a place to live. Collectively, our members have preserved and developed over 20,000 units of affordable housing.

Housing Development Consortium (HDC) is the trade association for nonprofits and others developing and operating affordable housing throughout Seattle and King County. Created by its members in 1988, HDC is dedicated to promoting and facilitating the visibility, quality, sustainability and effectiveness of affordable housing as a critical part of a viable community.
