Housing Development Consortium of Seattle-King County
Without the work being done by members of the Housing Development Consortium, thousands of people would not have a place to live. Collectively, our members have preserved and developed nearly 16,000 units of affordable housing.

Housing Development Consortium (HDC) is a nonprofit trade association dedicated to promoting and facilitating the visibility, quality, sustainability and effectiveness of affordable housing by its nonprofit members, primarily throughout Seattle and King County. Created by its members in 1988, it is recognized as one of the most successful nonprofit housing developer groups in the country.
