Housing Development Consortium members include Not-for-Profit members with an affordable housing mission, housing-related businesses and professionals in the private sector, nonprofit organizations that support affordable housing and Government agencies.
HDC members include the most experienced nonprofit housing developers in the state and Washington’s two largest housing authorities. HDC's membership also includes banks and lenders, general contractors, architects, attorneys, consultants and others committed to affordable housing and its development. HDC members work together in a cooperative and innovative manner to maximize the creation of affordable housing for the benefit of families and individuals in our local communities.
