Housing Gaps in Bothell
To achieve the King County goals for affordable homes in 2030, Bothell needs:
- 1,169 homes affordable to households with incomes between 0-30% of Area Median Income (AMI)
- 521 homes affordable to households with incomes between 30-50% of AMI
- 128 homes affordable to households with incomes between 50-80% of AMI
